No doubt I’ve become more conscious of my consumption and what I leave in this world getting into this business. But it’s also a question of, can we do better?
So when I came across Ulu Hye, I was intrigued to say the least. This Australian brand which is becoming a must have kitchen staple for all, has nailed the eco friendly, sustainable, delicious, nutritious and convenient brief in spades.
Coming in a glass jar, you can select a range of Almond, Hazelnut, Nut, Hemp or Chocolate Mylk Bases.
The brains behind the world first homemade nut milk base is Heidi and Vasia, from Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
One small jar creates 10 Litres of Mylk!!
And - glass jars and recyclable and reusable!
All ingredients used in Ulu Hye’s bases are of the highest quality, organic where possible, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free, and are free of emulsifiers, additives, thickeners, gums and preservatives.
What I also love about this is that you get fresh Mylk when in some cases, like when you’re travelling, you don’t have access to. This is something I will be certainly taking with me on my future trips as well!
Today I tried the Almond Mylk Base with my Hot Chocolate and it was yummy!
But I didn’t mention the best part - you can make your Mylk in 60 seconds!!! That’s faster than heading to the supermarket to grab a carton for yourself!
WINNER
You can try the Australia’s First Mylk Base range for yourself today!
Check out my most recent reel of how I made my hot chocolate and keep an eye out for something exciting happening soon, hint: put notifications on our Instagram.
